Work Privacy

The each person's privacy should be respected this include don’t read its mails, but sometimes it is necessary keeps tabs on employee's job although is not legitimate. I think two good reasons could be: one is safeguard them  of mails  demean or when contain racial slurs, and the other reason is because some employees lose a lot of time doing personal things for example checking its personal mails, chatting or checking its Facebook, however it affects their dignity.  For employees is important to know if they are going be keep an eye on them. The surveillance in the mails in the job is too uncomfortable however it is better not feel it as something sinister.
